Representation for the narration of intangible culture

SUBMISSION

The single work (mainly consisting of: a cover image in 27x27cm format; an abstract of no more than 1,000 characters; a text commenting on the image, made up of no more than 10,000 characters and no less than 8,000), in Italian or English, must be sent to the e-mail address info.grafi2024@gmail.com within a compressed folder sent via WeTransfer service.
The compressed folder must contain:

1) The image in .tiff format and denominated as the following example: author’s name_image title.tiff.

2) The text file in .doc or .docx formats and denominated as the following example: author’s name_abstract title.doc. The text file must contain:

  • title (between 50 and 80 characters);
  • author(s);
  • affiliations of each author of the work;
  • e-mail contacts of each author of the work;
  • abstract (maximum 1,000 characters);
  • keywords (a maximum of 5 keywords is allowed);
  • short paper (minimum 8,000 characters, maximum 10,000 characters);
  • caption and possible credits for the image used (in case the image rights holder is a different entity in regard to the authors of the contribution);
  • bibliography (a maximum of 10 bibliographical entries is allowed);
  • short biography for each author (a maximum of 200 characters per author is allowed);
  • images: 1 image measuring 27×27 cm and with a resolution of 300 DPI.

NO NOTES ARE ALLOWED

The file for the double-blind peer review process may be formatted freely and should contain all files related to the extended contribution (title, abstract, keywords, bibliographic references, image sources, images and tables, captions), except for the authors’ names, affiliations, and email addresses. The file must be provided in both .doc (or .docx) and .pdf formats and should be named Lastname_review.doc (or .docx). All references that could identify the author(s) must be removed from the file.

All the files listed above must be gathered in a single compressed folder and sent via WeTransfer (or a similar transfer service) to: info.grafi2024@gmail.com.
